Safety Takes Film Support Program

Coming 2027–2028

We're building a future program to support filmmakers who consistently use Safety Takes to plan, execute, and build their films. Not based on ideas alone. On execution.

How It May Work

If developed, this program is intended to support filmmakers actively using Safety Takes over time.

—Rolling applications over time

—Periodic review cycles

—Selective support based on execution and project readiness

—Focus on filmmakers running structured campaigns

—Financial assistance at the start of a campaign cycle

—Visibility through Safety Takes channels

—Editorial features or case studies

All details are subject to change, suspension, or cancellation before launch.

Important Notice

The Film Support Program is not currently active and does not currently accept applications or provide funding.

Film Support is not included with any Safety Takes plan.

Use of Safety Takes does not guarantee eligibility, selection, funding, promotion, visibility, or support through any future program.

This program is a future initiative currently under development and consideration. Any support offered through a future program would be discretionary and subject to separate eligibility requirements and program terms.

More information will be shared as this program develops.

Stay Updated

Updates and announcements for this program will be shared through our free Art School Dropouts membership on Patreon. This is not a paid requirement — it is simply the current channel for updates.

Safety Takes was built by filmmakers who've done this themselves.
This program is a commitment to those who keep doing it.
